Abstract
Itʹs time to abandon artificial contract path charges and stop ignoring transmissionʹs regional characteristics. The proposal offered here resolves many complex issues that state and federal regulators are wrestling with. And it has the surprising virtue of being based on the physical laws of electricity that drive the interconnected transmission network.
