NRCʹs concerns about electricity restructuring

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission and plant licensees need to do a better job to ensure that plants are operated and maintained at the lowest reasonable cost consistent with safety requirements. The Commission can improve its own performance and expects licensees to do the same.
