The Transmission Solution: Nonprofit, Consumer-Owned Transmission Companies

The creation of three consumer-owned, nonprofit transmission companies for the transmission systems of the Eastern, Western, and Texas Interconnections would allow the transmission system to be owned, operated, maintained, and planned in ways that minimize costs to consumers and damage to the environment.
