Probabilistically sophisticated rank dependent utility

This paper axiomatizes a rank dependent utility representation for Machina and Schmeidlerʹs probabilistically sophisticated preferences. Our representation yields a continuous distortion function of subjective additive state probabilities and a (not necessarily bounded) utility function
