The influence of traded and nontraded wages on relative prices and real exchange rates

This work demonstrates for fourteen OECD economies that wage differentials between traded and nontraded goods significantly affect the relative price of nontradeables and the real exchange rate in the short and medium-run. © 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
