Efficient egalitarian-equivalence and the core of an economy with public projects

We prove the existence of efficient egalitarian-equivalent allocations in an economy with a finite number of private goods and one abstract public project that can be executed by certain coalitions of economic agents. Efficient egalitarian-equivalent allocations, however, may not be in the core.
