Population growth and steady state welfare in an overlapping generations model

In one-sector growth models, an increase in the population growth rate raises the economyʹs growth rate but lowers steady-state welfare (or consumption per capita). I show that in a two-sector overlapping generations model it can raise the steady-state welfare.
