Bargaining and waning commitments

This paper presents a non-cooperative two-agent, two-period complete information bargaining model that introduces gradual concession (as observed, for example, in labor negotiations). The capacity of concession may affect the agentsʹ payoffs in a non-monotonic way since its change may cause the timing of agreement to change.
