Learning with limited bandwidth and attention to othersʹ learning

I present E-stability results for a model in which bandwidth-limited agents revise their expectations while monitoring othersʹ expectations. I find that under a certain condition, and regardless of the structure of attention to othersʹ expectations, the REE is E-stable.
