Employersʹ search prior to exhaustion of advance notice period

Evidence, based on a novel Slovenian vacancy dataset, suggests that the probability of filling a vacancy is higher when: no advance notice of a vacancy is received, the length of received notice is short, and when near noticeʹs exhaustion date.
