A note on the height–wage differential in the UK – Cross-sectional evidence from the BHPS

Using BHPS data for the first time, evidence for the height–earnings relationship is updated for the UK. In contrast to prior findings, baseline height differentials mainly vanish once individualsʹ occupation and non-linear height gradients are accounted for.
