Models of fracture of cellular monolith structures

This work deals with homogenization models for cracks in lattice structures representing cross-sections of catalytic monolith combustors. A simple asymptotic approach is used to describe interaction of cracks and to evaluate the stressintensity factors. An asymptotic model of local stability of a crack interacting with a micro-defect is presented
