Report of the European School of Oncology task force on Electropotentials in the Clinical Assessment of Neoplasia

A European task force sponsored by the European School of Oncology met to discuss recent advances on the measurement of electropotentials from the breast as a possible method of detecting breast cancer. This report summarizes the background and early results and suggests that this technique may have a role in the diagnosis of both palpable and impalpable breast lesions.
