Abstract :
Pregnancy-associated breast cancer (PABC) is rare. Five patients with PABC, treated in the Oncology Department of University Hospital ‘Henri Mondor’, Creteil, France, between December 1992 and December 1995, are reported. They underwent surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. The incidence, diagnosis, prognostic factors, treatment, and some psychological problems are discussed. The literature is reviewed.
