The relationship between Rosenbergʹs construct of self-esteem and Eysenckʹs two-dimensional model of personality

The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale was completed by 802 year-eleven secondary school pupils, together with Neuroticism, Extraversion and Lie Scales of the Junior Eysenck Personality Inventory. The data demonstrate that good self-esteem was associated with Extraversion, Emotional Stability and with being male.
