Abstract :
A woman presented with a 3-month history of scattered generalized dermatitis involving the abdomen, leg, and arms. Patch testing showed a strong positive reaction to a bath oil product. Further testing identified the causative agent as polyvinylpyrrolidone/hexadecene copolymer, an additive used in the bath oil.
