The Experimental Study of External Heat and Moisture Transfer in Free Convective Solar Drying of Vegetables

The results of experimental studies and calculations of external heat and moisture transfer in free convective drying of vegetables (eggplants and sweet peppers) in solar greenhouses and on open grounds are presented. The criteria for dependences, heat and mass balances of external moisture transfer are considered.
