Abstract :
Mathematical design of experiments and mathematical processing of capillary electrophoresis data are fulfilled. As independent variables, three factors, namely the concentrations of two complexing reagents and an organic modifier are considered. As response functions, the mobilities of inorganic cations are entered. A variance analysis for the calculation of accuracy characteristics and stepwise procedure for the selection of mathematical models with successive selectivity optimization were realized.
