Monostotic Pagetʹs disease of the patella

Pagetʹs disease is a common skeletal disorder in the elderly; however, monostotic Pagetʹs disease of the patella is very rare and only a few cases have been reported. We present the clinical, radiographic, surgical and histological findings in a patient with monostotic Pagetʹs disease of the patella, presenting with knee pain.
