Intracardiac extension of tumour thrombus from a soft tissue sarcoma

We present a case of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumour in a patient with von Recklinghausenʹs neurofibromatosis with Intracardiac extension of the tumour thrombus. This is the first reported case of a soft tissue sarcoma associated with transluminal propagation of a tumour thrombus to the heart.
