Abstract :
The Internet provides access to a variety of youth oriented book reviews. The librarian of today needs to have accessible a variety of resources when managing the constraints of time and money with the needs of their patrons. The Internet provides timely access to a variety of online resources available to the youth librarian of today: Book reviews, summations, and e-journals being the most popular. Also, sites can make finding material on a specific subject matter easier than browsing through its print counterpart due to the versatility of search engines. To keep ahead of the curve, one needs to know how to navigate and choose the best sites. Eight such sites have been reviewed here.
