RESOLUTION: 1(95) SUBMITTED BY: Bylaws Committee SUBJECT: Housekeeping Changes to ACEP Bylaws WHEREAS, Housekeeping revisions are determined to be language additions or deletions, and phrase or clause transpositions, which more succinctly state and clarify the intent and effect of the Collegeʹs Bylaws; and WHEREAS, the following changes would make current Bylaws more consistent with College practices and procedures; therefore be it RESOLVED, that the ACEP Bylaws be amended as follows.
