Proposed Amendments to the American College of Emergency Physicians Bylaws

RESOLUTION:1(96) SUBMITTED BY:Bylaws Committee SUBJECT:Housekeeping WHEREAS, Housekeeping revisions are determined to be language additions or deletions, and phrase or clause transpositions, which more succinctly state and clarify the intent and effect of the Collegeʹs Bylaws; and WHEREAS, The following changes would make current Bylaws more consistent with College practices and procedures; therefore be it RESOLVED, That the ACEP Bylaws be amended as shown in Attachment A.
