Benign exertional headache

We describe 4 patients with benign exertional headache presenting to the emergency department. Consideration of this uncommon cause of headache might facilitate an accurate diagnosis of those patients with headache caused by strenuous exercise. [Ann Emerg Med. 2003;41:98-103.]
