Abstract :
A determination of the channel thickness and time-interval which minimize errors in void fraction measurements in two-phase-flow systems employing discrete-time radiation transmission is undertaken. The thickness corresponds to a transmittance of approx. 11% while the time-interval is 39 s in some systems.
