Migration study of radioisotopes incorporated in cement

The migration kinetics of 90Sr and 137Cs from cylindrical and rectangular cement specimens have been investigated under static and dynamic conditions with different kinds of water at room temperature. The results show that 137Cs migrates more slowly than 90Sr and that its migration rates under dynamic conditions are faster than under static conditions.
