Abstract :
Intra-arterial infusions of L-arginine and sodium nitroprusside significantly decreased the occurrence of laboratory-induced Raynaudʹs phenomenon in scleroderma patients. Raising the concentration of nitric oxide may be of therapeutic value in this population.
