Abstract :
By means of adsorption, ss-DNA and ds-DNA were modified onto the surface of two silanized indium tin oxide (ITO) electrodes, respectively, and were found to have gained high concentration after being electrochemically characterized. The electrode, modified by ssDNA, recognized the complementary ss-DNA in solution with a good repeatability. The hybridization¯regeneration was cycled three times, with reproducible results.
