An experimental method of determination of the point charges located on the carbon atoms in benzene ring

This paper presents a method to determine the values of charges located on carbon atoms in a phenyl ring for various compounds. The method enables to establish the actual charges for a molecule in a real, chemical environment. It is an experimental method based on the spectral properties of charge-transfer complexes.
