Residual strength and pore structure of high-strength concrete and normal strength concrete after exposure to high temperatures

Channel karren-like features are described, occurring on sediment free rock surfaces in flooded conduits. Direct observation during times of increased flow indicates an origin, at least in part, due to abrasion by moving sediment.
