Abstract :
Structural characterization of La1.12Lo0.62Ti2O6, which is a representative member of the series La1.33-xLi3xTi2O6 by neutron diffraction at several temperatures (300, 400, 600, and 800 K) is performed. Crystal refinement was carried out by the Rietveld method and confirmed that this phase adopts a tetragonal symmetry (space group: P4/mmm) with an ordered distribution of the cations on the perovskite A sites.
