Abstract :
The series Ba1-xLaxTi1-xCrxO3 (0< or =was synthesized at 1400°C for about 60 h. Their structure was carefully analyzed by the use of powder X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis software GSAS (General Structure Analysis System). Four solid solutions are found in this series: tetragonal solid solution Ba1-xLaxTi1-xCrxO3 (0< or = =), cubic solid solution Ba1-xLaxTi1-xCrxO3 (0.0365
