Abstract :
Non-stoichiometric copper sulfides Cu9S8 and Cu7S4 nanocrystallites were synthesized by the reaction between elements S and Cu under microwave radiation for several minutes. The products were analyzed by using XRD, TEM, XPS, ICP and PL.
