Total reconstruction of upper lip and columella with bipedicled depressoranguli orisisland musculocutaneous flap, , , , ,

The authors present the case report of a patient exhibiting upper lip deformity and total columella loss with cosmetic and functional impairment as a result of multiple previous facial carcinomata resections. Repair was achieved with bipedicled depressoranguli orismusculocutaneous island flap.
