Aplasia cutis congenita of the trunk in a Saudi newborn

We report a case of aplasia cutis congenita (APC) involving a large surface area in a female Saudi neonate. The areas involved and the satisfactory outcome of our conservative treatment of this rare condition are described and the literature reviewed.
