Placement of two pacing leads with one venipuncture in dual-chamber pacemaker implantation

We describe a method of inserting two guidewires through a single percutaneous introducer and then subsequently sliding the introducer over each guidewire separately to provide independent access for transvenous placement of two pacing leads.
