Antihelminthic drug in diffue unilateral ubacute neuroretiniti

Purpoe: To evaluate the efficacy of ivermectin and thiabendazole in confirmed cae of diffue unilateral ubacute neuroretiniti. Method: Two patient with diffue unilateral ubacute neuroretiniti were treated with anthelminthic drug. The firt patient wa treated with ivermectin and the econd, with thiabendazole. Reult: The worm were till mobile after treatment with ivermectin or thiabendazole. With the application of photocoagulation, the organim were detroyed, and the patientʹ viion improved. Concluion: In thee two patient, ivermectin and thiabendazole were not effective in treating confirmed diffue unilateral ubacute neuroretiniti
