Abstract
PURPOE: To report complication of automated lamellar keratoplaty in two eye of two patient.
METHOD: Cae report. Two eye of two patient underwent automated lamellar keratoplaty for myopia. Both patient complained of viual ditortion and glare in the potoperative eye.
REULT: The potoperative eye of both patient howed evidence of wrinkling of the corneal lenticule accompanied by irregular atigmatim. Patient 1 howed peritent lenticular wrinkling and corneal carring 2.5 year later. Patient 2 howed evidence of interface car and overcorrection.
CONCLUION: The ue of a microkeratome can be complicated by lenticular diplacement and wrinkling, reulting in viual aberration for the patient.
