Orbital floor implant migration acro the ethmoidal inue and naal eptum

PURPOE: To report an unuual cae of orbital floor implant migration acro the ethmoidal inue and naal eptum. METHOD: Cae report. A 61-year-old woman with a hitory of right orbital floor fracture repair 25 year earlier i decribed. REULT: The patient preented with inu congetion and difficulty breathing through the right notril. Computed tomographic can dicloed medial migration of the right orbital floor implant acro the ethmoidal inue and naal eptum. The patient underwent tranorbital and trannaal endocopic urgery with removal of the implant. CONCLUION: When an alloplatic orbital floor implant i required, ize and fixation of the implant are important. Late paranaal inu or naal airway problem may be equelae, and the poibility of implant migration hould be conidered.
