Metatatic eophageal carcinoma to the orbit

PURPOE: To report a cae of eophageal adenocarcinoma and area of gatric differentiation in the eophagu (Barrett eophagu) metatatic to the orbit. METHOD: A 47-year-old man with a hitory of eophageal carcinoma developed turgecence around hi left eye. He underwent a biopy and hitologic examination of a left orbital ma. REULT: Hitopathology of the orbital tumor wa conitent with metatatic adenocarcinoma from the eophagu. CONCLUION: Thi metatatic adenocarcinoma to the orbit likely aroe in Barrett eophagu.
