Ocular adnexal granulocytic arcoma a the firt ign of acute myelogenou leukemia relape

PURPOE: To report a cae of granulocytic arcoma involving the eyelid and caruncle after bone marrow tranplantation. METHOD: Cae report. A 30-year-old man with acute myeloid leukemia in remiion developed multiple friable eyelid and caruncular leion in addition to two cutaneou leion on the chet wall and right axilla approximately 3 month after a ucceful autologou bone marrow tranplant. REULT: Pathologic examination wa conitent with granulocytic arcoma. CONCLUION: Thi condition hould be conidered in the differential diagnoi of cutaneou or eyelid mae in patient with a hitory of leukemia.
