Purpoe: To decribe a previouly unreported preentation of ebaceou carcinoma, an aggreive tumor that often preent inidiouly with minimal ymptom and nonpecific ign. Method: We report a 71-year-old man who preented with unilateral ocular irritation and ipilateral, idiopathic, papillary change of the uperior palpebral conjunctiva. The patient underwent inciional biopy of the palpebral conjunctiva followed by full-thickne exciion of the involved eyelid. Reult: Hitopathologic examination etablihed the diagnoi of ebaceou carcinoma. Concluion: Unexplained aymmetric, papillary change of the palpebral conjunctiva hould aroue upicion of ebaceou carcinoma.
