Malignant glaucoma after diode laer cyclophotocoagulation

Purpoe: To report a cae of malignant glaucoma after diode laer cyclophotocoagulation. Method: Cae report. Reult: A 45-year-old man with uncontrolled econdary glaucoma in hi right eye after corneocleral graft and cataract extraction underwent diode laer cyclophotocoagulation. The right eye wa aphakic, with an intact poterior capule. Two week later, the patient preented with blurred viion, edematou cornea, and flat anterior chamber. The poterior capule wa touching the endothelium. Intraocular preure wa 20 mm Hg. Repeated Nd:YAG laer capulotomy wa effective in revering the malignant glaucoma attack, and the anterior chamber deepened. Concluion: Malignant glaucoma can occur after diode laer cyclophotocoagulation.
