pontaneou eparation of an idiopathic macular pucker in a young girl

PURPOE: To report a young girl with pontaneou eparation of an idiopathic epiretinal membrane and notable viual recovery. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: A 12-year-old girl had pontaneou improvement in viual acuity of the left eye from 20/100 to 20/40 attributable to pontaneou peeling of an idiopathic epiretinal membrane more than 2 year after it wa diagnoed. CONCLUION: Conervative treatment can be conidered in young patient with epiretinal membrane becaue pontaneou eparation may occur and reult in good viion.
