Abstract
PURPOE: To photographically document venou collateral development, remodeling, and regreion in a patient with traumatic glaucoma.
METHOD: Conecutive fundu photograph were evaluated, labeled, and correlated with the clinical hitory of a patient with unilateral pottraumatic glaucoma.
REULT: Thi report photographically document the appearance, remodeling, and ubequent diappearance of collateral veel from venou occluion on the urface of the optic dik in an eye with increaed intraocular preure and progreive glaucomatou cupping.
CONCLUION: Aymptomatic chronic obtruction of a branch retinal vein on the optic dik may caue venou collateral to develop in the abence of retinal hemorrhage or other ign of venou occluive dieae. Increaed intraocular preure, arteriolarcleroi, and glaucomatou cupping are rik factor for thee occluion.
