PURPOE: To report two cae of choroidal metatai in metatatic breat cancer in men. METHOD: Cae report of a 50-year-old man with an 8-year hitory of breat cancer who wa initially examined with a olitary amelanotic choroidal tumor and a 62-year-old man with an 8-month hitory of breat cancer who wa initially examined with numerou unilateral amelanotic choroidal tumor. REULT: Ophthalmocopic and echographic characteritic of the choroidal tumor were typical for breat cancer metatai. ytemic creening dicloed advanced metatatic dieae in both patient. Choroidal metatai could be effectively treated by external beam irradiation. CONCLUION: Although breat cancer i a rare condition in men, it hould be conidered a a poible primary cancer in cae of choroidal metatai.
