Abstract
PURPOE: Modern immunouppreant have improved the ucce of kidney tranplantation for renal failure patient. They alo may induce neurotoxic effect including tremor. We report two cae of peudonytagmu and ocillopia in tranplant patient caued by immunouppreant-induced head tremor and gentamicin-induced vetibulotoxicity.
METHOD: Cae report. Head tremor, tatic viual acuity, and dynamic viual acuity were meaured. Vetibular function wa evaluated with ice water caloric.
REULT: Both patient had ignificant head tremor and peudonytagmu. Head tabilization improved tatic viual acuity. Dynamic viual acuity revealed a 4-line and 10-line lo of viual acuity, repectively.
CONCLUION: Thee finding of peudonytagmu and ocillopia are likely to become more prevalent a more renal failure patient receive tranplant. Improvement may be een with reduction of immunouppreant, reduction of timulant intake, ue of medication to reduce head tremor, and vetibular rehabilitation.
