Indocyanine green angiography in the diagnoi of retinal arterial macroaneurym aociated with ubmacular and preretinal hemorrhage: a cae erie

PURPOE: To report the ue of indocyanine green angiography in the diagnoi of retinal arterial macroaneurym aociated with preretinal and ubretinal hemorrhage. METHOD: Retropective cae erie. Indocyanine green angiogram of five conecutive patient with dene preretinal, intraretinal, and ubretinal hemorrhage in which the caue of hemorrhage wa till in quetion after clinical evaluation and fluorecein angiography. REULT: In five eye of five patient, indocyanine green angiography demontrated acquired retinal arterial macroaneurym a the caue of hemorrhage. Each diagnoi wa confirmed after the hemorrhage pontaneouly reolved or were urgically removed. CONCLUION: Indocyanine green angiography i ueful in the diagnoi of acquired retinal arterial macroaneurym when fluorecein angiography i inconcluive becaue of preretinal, intraretinal, or ubretinal hemorrhage. Etablihing the diagnoi of retinal arterial macroaneurym can influence the management of patient with ubmacular and premacular hemorrhage.
