Abstract :
PURPOE:
To report a cae of neonatal orbital ganglioglioma originating from ectopic neural tiue.
METHOD:
Cae report.
REULT:
An African-American male preented at birth with proptoi and expanion of the left orbit. A dicrete oft-tiue ma wa located inferolateral to the globe, which proved to be a ganglioglioma.
CONCLUION:
The tumor i preumed to have originated from ectopic neural tiue in the orbit. Although infrequent, thi tumor hould be included in the differential diagnoi of neonatal orbital neoplam.
