Diffue interface keratiti after laer in itu keratomileui (LAIK): a nonpecific yndrome

PURPOE: To characterize the preentation of diffue interface keratiti after laer in-itu keratomileui (LAIK). METHOD: Cae report. REULT: Diffue interface keratiti occurred in the left eye of a potoperative LAIK patient after central epithelial debridement without expoure of the flap margin or elevation of the flap. CONCLUION: Diffue interface keratiti i a nonpecific preentation of corneal inflammation after LAIK, with accumulation of inflammatory cell in the potential pace of the interface.
